It is asked that you agree to the following as part of
your participation in our group classes. Printed copies
of these policies are available upon request.
Pre-registration is necessary for all classes, and the full amount of
the registration fee is non-refundable. If you drop a class LESS than 48-hours prior to the first night of class,
there are NO refunds, partial refunds, or transfers. If you drop a class more than 48-hours prior to the first night of class,
your registration fee is fully transferable to a future group class. You must
choose a class that begins within 6 months of the class from which you dropped. If you drop a class after attending at least the first night of class,
you may transfer into a future session of that same class from the point where you
left off, at no additional charge.
Example: If you attended the first two nights of
class, and are unable to attend the remainder, you may return beginning the third
night of a future session. Please contact us to arrange re-enrollment if you
need to exercise this drop-and-resume option. Be advised that our group classes build on material from week to week.
If you miss one night of a group class, a makeup lesson is recommended, but not required. If you
miss two nights of class in a row, a makeup lesson is required before returning to class
because you will have missed too much material. There is currently a $38 to $38 fee per
single or couple for makeup lessons. (Cost varies by instructor.) Please bring a second pair of shoes to wear in class.

Missed Class Policies
A makeup lesson is a private lesson for one or two people, is
approximately 25 minutes long, and begins at the time scheduled, NOT at the
time you arrive. There is currently a cost of $33 to $38 for a makeup lesson and payment
is due at the time you schedule the lesson. (Cost varies by instructor. Please see our
price list for additional information.) When you schedule a private lesson, that time is reserved for you and thus
we must turn other students away. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that is
strictly enforced for all private and makeup lessons. If you cancel for any reason
with less than 24-hours notice prior to your scheduled lesson, there is
a full charge for the lesson. If you provide more than 24-hours notice,
your payment is fully transferable to a future lesson. Makeup lessons are available, on a first-come first-served basis.
If you known in advance that you will miss a night of class, it is
recommended that you schedule your makeup lesson in advance.
